My Platform

ieEmbrace Organization is the official charity for Miss Africa America and is proud to sponsor Malaika with her platform during her reign and we are looking forward to being part of all her good works.

ieEmbrace is a non for profit organization with the following projects.

Healthcare: Providing medical supplies and equipment for hospitals, clinics, and other health facilities to developing nations.

Mezi: The Water project, we are working to team up with a large organization, to bring clean and safe drinking water to developing countries.

Education: Adopting schools, providing tuition and scholarships.

Mentor-A-Generation: A mentoring program in the US that is developing around the world.

Animal Care: Supporting sanctuaries and animal shelters across the USA, Africa, and beyond.

My platform has two phases the first is about the youth and street kids people in Kenya. I will use this opportunity to bring awareness to this issue and work on solutions.  I have worked with a nonprofit organization since 2016 located in Kenya and they are passionate about making a difference.  Their purpose expands to helping elderly people and sending kids to school. In America, my mission is the same but with a bigger focus on women and veterans.

HOTS has held a couple of programs like a "hangout and photoshoot" with some poor kids at Prampram. It was an amazing time after the shoot the kids shared Ice cream and snacks. It was also a strategy to find out problems that were faced in that community and how HOTS can help. HOTS is having its first biggest project this December holding a three-day event. The first is a sanitation exercise to create awareness, second is a fundraising event and ultimately a visit to an orphanage as well as a home of two orphans who were found by a scout team and myself. HOTS is planning to have a wonderful Christmas for the orphans and less privileged kids of old Ningo.

The support and success of this event is mainly crowdfunding from HOTS members and support from Carl Sessay from Netherlands (Founder) and our family members who are in England and the states.

HOTS is looking at putting up a structure in 2018, embarks on bigger projects, and creates jobs for not only less privileged kids but the unemployed youth in the society as a whole. As our vision says "reaching out to people with passive needs and building a world-changing youth" and we are ready to make an impact in society.
